Neil Ross

Chief Customer Officer and Counsel (21 years)

Neil Ross received his law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and is admitted to the New York Bar (1996). Additionally, Neil has taken continuing education at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. As a collection attorney, Neil noticed the nuances specific to the transportation industry and has been involved with the shipping industry for 20 years. At Metro Group Maritime, Neil specializes in OTI surety bond claims. Neil works with the firm's staff and customers to ensure the highest level of customer care.
